Scitygate Group Declares Dividend Following Strong FY2024 Results

ABUJA, NIGERIA – During the 2025 Annual General Meeting held at the Transcorp Hilton, Scitygate Group announced a dividend of N2.50 per share, following a year of record revenue growth across all subsidiaries.

The Chairman highlighted the resilience of the group's diversified model, noting that strong performance in Real Estate and Oil & Gas offset headwinds in the manufacturing sector.

"Our disciplined capital allocation and focus on operational efficiency have allowed us to return value to our shareholders while continuing to invest in growth projects," the Chairman noted in his address.
